Ben Sharpe has spent over 15 years immersed in professional motorsport, working at the highest levels of race engineering and driver development. His experience spans world-class championships and elite drivers, bringing a level of insight that only comes from operating where margins are measured in thousandths of a second.
Our Story
Ben Sharpe Racing was officially formed as a professional business in 2023, built on more than 15 years of hands-on experience in top-level motorsport.
Based near Silverstone Circuit, BSR operates as a professional race team supporting drivers across the UK and beyond. We run customer cars, provide hire cars and deliver structured engineering and driver support at circuits nationwide.
This is not theory. It is real-world experience at the sharp end of competition.
